Features: A big, "loosely" textured, tender patty that cooks faster but stays tender. The patty is made from 100% ground beef formed (or a slightly extended recipe) into a full, "loosely" textured patty which allows increased yields and faster cooking.

Ingredients: 100% Beef (Grass or Grain Fed) and/or Beef plus various ingredients as per our standard or according to customer's specific requirements

CL content: As per our standard or as specified by customer
Available as: Raw yes, Cooked no. Our unique Tender-Form^â process overviewed at this link

Patty Weight: Preferably produced in a variety of sizes (and dimensions) from 100g to 225g range.. Enquiries: When submitting your enquiry, please specify your preferred weight per patty, your preferred dimensions (diameter if circular, width and length if oval, and thickness) and whether or not you require product to be perforated (scored). With this data we can respond with our achievable sizes/dimensions/specifications.

Packing: All product is IQF (individually quick frozen) prior to packing.
Available in Foodservice packs depending on the end user’s application, we pack into cartons having weights ranging from approx 5kgs through to 17kgs.

Application: This type of Patty is extensively used by QSR’s (Quick Service Restaurants) and other Fast Food outlets.
Product ideal for cooking through Broiler or on a Hotplate or Open Grill.
