Weight:The Hamburgs are produced in a variety of sizes (and dimensions) from 100g to 225g range. There maybe some limitations on available Cooked Patty sizes.

Meatballs are available in sizes of 13g, 25g and 42g

Enquiries: When submitting your enquiry, please specify your preferred weight per patty, your preferred dimensions (diameter if circular, width and length if oval, and thickness) and whether or not you require product to be perforated (scored). With this data we can respond with our achievable sizes/dimensions/specifications.

Packing: All product is IQF (individually quick frozen) prior to packing.

Available in Foodservice packs in the range of 5kgs through to 9 kgs. To minimise Japanese import tariff we prepack products into Heat Sealed Foil Bags prior to packing into cartons.

End User Application: This style of product is usable for Family Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Lunch Box assemblers, Home Delivery operators, Deli sections of Supermarkets and various other applications.

The Raw Products are ideal for cooking on a Hotplate or Open Grill

The Cooked Product offers a high degree of "food safety" and can be easily reheated by Microwave, Hotplate or Open Grill.
